  • "Drew and Kevin are detail-oriented. They made sure the door was installed correctly and was operating smoothly. The work area was cleaned and left it cleaner than when they arrived. My husband is disabled. They made sure the steps and ledges were easy for him to access."

  • "I contacted Drew with Brazos Valley Window and Door about getting a bid on sliding doors leading out to my deck. He responded quickly and I liked the quote so he ordered the doors. This was during the holidays so he put them in after Christmas. I love the doors and am very pleased with the service. They were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend the Company."

  • "We got a quote to do a whole house window replacement, which we have used to plan out replacing all of our windows in a time frame that works for us financially....We are very much looking forward to working with them again in the future to replace the rest of our windows, and feel confident that they will be great to work with while we do this in stages as fits our schedule."

  • Just wanted to share that our old momma cat (Lynda) just ran into the new sliding glass door. She bounced off and ran under the couch. Guess you guys left the windows too clean! Funny. Bet she has a headache. Grateful

  • "Enjoyed working with Jim, he was the only vender that automatically gave me a written proposal. He also had his installer come out and show me what they need to do because it was a unique room that we were make changes to. I would sure call them if I made anymore changes. They get an "A" from me."

  • "It was a difficult situation to arrange new windows for my rental property long distance, but BV Windows handled it professionally and seamlessly and even interfaced with another contractor. ... Addendum: Had the rest of the windows replaced, and Jim Beard went above and beyond with adding a custom screen to a really difficult situation where a window had strong southern light exposure."

  • "Jim and crew were excellent to work with. Professional, friendly, locally owned and they worked with our schedule. He replaced 19 windows in three phases, per our request. Our experience, the windows took 2-3 weeks to make and then Jim would schedule the replacement within the week. Seamless process and while I don't usually write reviews, Jim and crew deserve 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone who looking to replace their windows!"

  • We have only high praise for Brazos Valley Window & Door. From our first meeting with Jim until completion of our project, Jim and his crew were exemplary. They had helpful suggestions, showed up on time, and, (most important to me) kept the construction area clean. Their work is meticulous. Our new door is absolutely beautiful and has transformed our living space.

  • Owners and staff are all great. They made several visits to the house to help us decide exactly what we needed for our new door. Delivery and install was seamless and well done. We already have another bid from them for some spring window work!!

  • We had a very good experience with Brazos Valley Window & Door. They mapped out the way things would be done and were excellent at communicating from start to finish. Can’t say enough about Walter, who oversaw the installation process. Some of the existing windows (installed in 2006) were very difficult to remove. But in the end, Walter won! We’re very satisfied with the work and professionalism. I highly recommend Brazos Valley Window & Door.

He quoted me on several different approaches to our problem (a shattered french door) and helped identify a more affordable solution I wasn't even aware of. Honest, fair, fast, would use again!"
