We bought our house in 2017, knowing the original windows and back sliding door (35+ years old) would eventually need replacing. This year, we finally took the plunge, and we are so glad we went with Brazos Valley Window & Door.

I’m extremely picky about who I do business with, so I got several quotes. Most companies used the typical high-pressure sales tactics and pushed for same-day decisions, something I strongly dislike. Jim and Drew were the complete opposite. Drew came out, shot me straight, took measurements, and had a fair, honest quote to me within a few days. Another “premier” company quoted me three times the price, if you can believe it. Drew’s authenticity, fairness, and genuine approach made the decision easy.

The installation was just as impressive. Walter, our installer, came out beforehand to double-check measurements and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. On installation day, he and his crew were kind, respectful, clean, and efficient. They even took a moment to play with my son and his friends in the cul-de-sac, and showed up with peach cobbler from J. Cody’s to share with our family after lunch. Who does that anymore? Just fantastic people.
